Until 2002 I was pursuing my ambition to be a professional dancer, first in Sydney and then in London.
During this time I supplemented my income working in offices and became increasingly aware of the number of people that were struggling to achieve and maintain a healthy level of fitness due to poor nutrition and lifestyle choices. This motivated me to complete my personal training qualifications and launch PB Training. I haven’t looked back since!
Today, with the support of my husband and two children, I'm not only living true to myself, but I've also made it my mission to help and motivate others (and you!) to do the same.
Though the goals are similar, I understand that everyone is different and each health and fitness program with PB Training is created and custom fit to your needs.
As founder of PB Training Health and Fitness, my goal is to motivate you to understand and accept who you are and where you are going, and to work with you to achieve a sustainable lifestyle.
