Hello,

This is me, Roberta - Health and Wellbeing Personal Trainer, founder and proud owner of PB Training!


I’m a Wife and Mum, and a lover of all things health, fitness and overall wellbeing (with a little bit of wine and chocolate on the side). I live and breath my ultimate motto in life: “It’s all about balance and moderation!”


Up until 2002 I was pursuing my ambition to be a professional dancer, first in Sydney and then in London. It was during this time I became increasingly aware that a lot of those around me were struggling to achieve and maintain a healthy level of fitness and general wellbeing due to poor nutrition and lifestyle choices.


This inspired me to want to be an advocate for change. So I completed my personal training qualifications and launched PB Traning. I haven’t looked back since!


With this education and knowledge, I now have a platform where I can encourage those who need motivation, support and guidance in achieving their personal goals, whether it be fitness, health, food or just general wellbeing.


I’m so fortunate to have a community that I am proud to be a part of and seeing clients achieving their health goals every day is why I continue to be here and for them. My goal is to motivate you to understand and accept who you are and where you are going, and to work with you to achieve a sustainable lifestyle.

I know you've got questions. I've got answers!

  • Is this program for beginners or advanced?

    Our fitness challenge is suitable for everyone, regardless of current level of fitness. What you put in is what you'll get out.

  • Can anyone follow the program (e.g. what if I'm pregnant or I have an injury)

    If you are pregnant or have an injury, I recommend you see a doctor.


    DISCLAIMER: Some exercises are not suitable for Pregnancy and history of injury within 6-12 months. Please email any concerns or queries to roberta@pbtraining.com.au



  • How long do I have access to workouts for?

    This challenge lasts 28 days, with one workout video emailed every 7 days from the day you sign up: 4 video workouts in total, that can be followed daily or with 1 day rest.

    You'll have access to the workout videos for  up to 2 months depending on the date you sign up. The sooner you sign up, the more time you'll have access to the workout videos for. This Challenge starts on 1st of July and ends on 1st of September 2024. You will be reminded of the video expiry date in our emails.

    I know how easy it is to put our goals off when we don’t have a deadline. I want to make sure you get what you signed up for. 


  • Do I get a workout video every week? What time?

    Yes, you do! The emails are sent every 7 days  between 4:30-5:30 am WST starting  with the 1st of July 2024 - the day our challenge begins!


  • How long are the workout videos?

    Each week, the workout videos you'll receive will increase in length time-wise, from 8 minutes up to 20 minutes at the most.


    So there's no excuse! You can do these exercises early morning or on your lunch break! You are welcome to repeat the workout as often as you'd like.

  • Do I get both a workout video and a PDF?

    Yes! When you sign up, you'll also receive a written guide for each complete workout. It will explain each move and describe the form that will help you get the most out of the exercise.

  • What equipment do I need for the workouts?

    No equipment is necessary, just have a comfortable exercise mat,  a towel and bottle of water close by.

  • How do I make sure I don’t miss any challenge emails?

    Unfortunately challenge emails do go missing because of email servers.

  • What do I do if I need help or support during the challenge?

    You can just hit reply to your email, or send me an email directly at roberta@pbtraining.com.au


  • Can you give me some eating tips to use during the challenge?

    Yes! When you sign up, you'll get a bonus  ebook (12 Healthy Lifestyle Recipes) which will give you an idea of the kinds of food you should be eating. 

    You'll also receive my 10 guiding principles to wellbeing, which are the key to weight loss. Follow these rules without overthinking it and all should go to plan.


  • When will I see results from the program?

    You should start seeing positive results within 2 weeks from starting and following the challenge as recommended.


    Please note: results vary from person to person and your eating routine during the program will affect final results.


    Feedback has shown that this type of programs, when combined with the PB Food Plans, will get maximum results.

  • How should I take my progress pictures or measure my progress?

    Your weight is not a good indicator of your progress with this program, because you’re going to be getting stronger - and stronger means you’ll be adding some muscle and losing body fat (if you have body fat to lose!). 


    That’s why I always recommend taking progress pictures and doing measurements rather than weighing yourself.
