Body Tone
AKA total body workout!
This class is a challenge for all muscle groups. It provides full body conditioning, strengthening and will improve your functional and core strength. With the combination of dumbbells and own body weight exercises this class will see you strengthen your entire body while burning calories.
Barre
The most addictive class on offer!
This class is a stationary dance based Pilates workout. Focusing on increasing strength, flexibility and stamina it is a high intensity workout. Whilst keeping with traditional Pilates form using the ballet barre, this workout will keep you fit and firm while focusing on your breathing, control and mobility techniques. No prior dance experience necessary.
Pilates
Low-impact exercises for flexibility
and muscular strength.
Based on traditional Matwork Pilates form
and the Stott Pilates method, this class consists of lowimpact exercises focusing
on flexibility and muscular strength
with endurance movements.
It focuses on postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Step & Tone
A total body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio workout using a variety of equipment to match individual cardio exercises.
This workout is designed with multiple stations and will make you feel uplifted, build stamina and tone the legs and butt.
PB Power
Similar to Step and Tone but up the intensity!
This class is a full body strengthening and power workout. With the use of weights and fast moving cardio exercises this will work quickly for stamina and endurance.
