OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES

Outdoor Bootcamp sessions run every day of the week, from Monday to Saturday, in Spearwood (Beale Park). 
You can join any individual session or sign up for weekly blocks with unlimited training sessions/week.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a highly effective style of workout that encourages lean muscle growth, while burning the body’s fat stores. It is a great way to improve your conditioning levels, as well as help change your body composition. 
We use both equipment (smash balls, kettle bells, TRX’s, Dumbells, sandbags etc) and body weight, as well as all your favourite cardio exercises…. Yes, burpees included☺

Walk or run, this is a fun session for yourself or bring your family along!
