Monique has lost 8.5 kg on the "Sustain" Plan
"I am the queen of diets, you name it I have tried it!! From shakes to juices, meal prep and the boring old chicken, rice and broccoli, the list goes on! 

I have been doing Berti’s healthy eating plan for the last 8 weeks, I have found this incredibly easy to follow and soon to maintain. Being a Mum to 2 small kids and working full time, this plan is easy, to plan meals and also get all my food ready the night before, takes less than 10 min, so there are no excuses really. 

Even though I live in London there has been no issues with our communication it’s been daily! Berti has been so supportive and always there when I have had any questions regarding food if I am an out, to advise on further options. Also if my weight has remained the same we have worked out a plan of attack to move forward, to start seeing it drop off again. 

During my 8 week duration I have been on a weekend away and a good few nights out, I have still seen the weight drop off, which is brilliant. I also did a few homework outs which were supplied, if I only had 10-15 min I would squeeze it in around the kids. 

I would 100% recommend Berti to anyone looking to lose weight while eating normal healthy food."
